1 Definitions and Scope

Certain words used in these Terms have specific meanings, which are explained below:

• "Platform" refers to the hy baji website, mobile app, and all related digital services.
• "User" or "You" refers to any person who has registered on hy baji or accessed the platform.
• "Account" refers to a user's personal registered profile.
• "Bonus" refers to all promotional benefits or rewards granted by hy baji.
• "Taka" or "৳" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka.

These Terms apply to the use of any service on the hy baji platform. By accessing the website, opening an account, placing a bet, playing a game, or making any financial transaction, you are considered to have voluntarily accepted these terms.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To create an account on hy baji and participate in any betting or casino activity, you must be at least 21 years old. Registration by anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. hy baji may request identity documents at any time to verify age.

2.2 One Account Only

Only one account per person is allowed. If a single person operates multiple accounts, all of them will be suspended or closed and any bonuses or winnings earned may be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information

At the time of registration, you must provide your full name, date of birth, a valid mobile number, and email address accurately. hy baji reserves the right to close any account registered with false or incorrect information. If any details change, please update them as soon as possible.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before a withdrawal or transactions above a certain limit, hy baji may request identity verification. This process may require a copy of your National ID or passport and proof of address. Transactions may be delayed if verification is not completed.

3 Account Management

3.1 Password Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact hy baji support immediately. hy baji is not responsible for any loss resulting from misuse of your account.

3.2 Account Suspension

If evidence of a breach of these Terms is found, hy baji reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account without notice. The balance in a suspended account may be returned after review or may be forfeited, depending on the circumstances and the outcome of the investigation.

3.3 Closing Your Account

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Methods

hy baji currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major commercial banks). Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used — transactions from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Transaction requests below these limits will not be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

After all required verification is completed, withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. This time may increase if account verification is incomplete or if additional security review is needed.

4.4 Transaction Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Transactions in cryptocurrency or foreign currency are not accepted.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible for a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. Example: a deposit of ৳1,000 adds ৳1,200 in bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount — meaning ৳30,000 in bets must be completed on a ৳1,200 bonus before any winnings from it can be withdrawn.

5.2 Other Promotional Bonuses

hy baji runs various promotions on a regular basis. Each promotion has its own applicable terms:

• Weekly Deposit Reward: 50% bonus up to ৳10,000, wagering 20x.
• Slots Festival Bonus: 30% bonus up to ৳5,000, wagering 25x.
• Cricket Season Boost: 40% bonus up to ৳8,000, wagering 18x.
• Birthday Special Gift: up to ৳2,000, wagering 10x.
• Friend Referral Reward: up to ৳3,000, wagering 15x.

5.3 General Bonus Policy

Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn — they may only be used for betting. Winnings earned from a bonus can be withdrawn once the specified wagering requirement is met. Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless stated otherwise in the terms of each individual bonus. hy baji reserves the right to cancel a bonus if suspicious activity or multiple accounts are detected on an account.

5.4 Promotion Validity

Each bonus offer has a specific claim deadline and a deadline to complete the wagering requirement. If the conditions are not met within the specified time, the bonus balance will be automatically removed.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Finality of Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless clear evidence of a technical error is found. In live betting, odds change continuously and the odds applicable at the time a bet is accepted are final.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a server outage, network problem, or game software error causes inconsistencies in results, hy baji reserves the right to void the affected bets. In such cases, the original stake will be refunded.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

For betting on cricket, football, or any other sport, results will be determined according to the international rules of the sport concerned and hy baji's specific sports rules. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, bets will generally be considered void and the staked amount will be refunded.

6.4 Game Results

The results of all casino games and slots are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG). Each game result is independent and does not depend on the result of any previous game. Game providers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, Spribe, and others) set their own RTP according to their technical standards.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited. If any of them occur, the account may be closed and funds forfeited:

1. Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
2. Abusing bonus offers or following bonus hunting strategies.
3. Using computer programs, bots, or automated tools to bet or play games.
4. Impersonating another user or attempting to access their account.
5. Attempting to undermine the platform's security systems.
6. Conducting transactions using third-party payment methods.
7. Using platform content commercially without written permission from hy baji.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the hy baji platform — logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and all other elements — is intellectual property owned by hy baji. These are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

Reproducing, distributing, publishing, or otherwise using any platform content beyond personal, non-commercial use requires prior written permission from hy baji. The right to take legal action against unauthorised use is reserved.

9 Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

hy baji aims to provide uninterrupted service, but temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or external factors. hy baji is not liable to compensate for any inconvenience arising from such outages.

9.2 Third-Party Services

The platform uses services from various game providers and payment processors. hy baji accepts limited liability for errors or failures by these third parties. Their own terms and conditions may also apply.

9.3 Gaming Losses

Betting and gaming carry financial risk by nature. Wins or losses cannot be guaranteed. You are participating of your own free will and at your own responsibility. hy baji is not liable for any financial loss resulting from betting.

10 Changes & Termination

10.1 Amendment of Terms

hy baji reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform for significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any amendment will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

10.2 Right to Suspend Services

hy baji may decide to temporarily or permanently suspend any service, section, or the entire platform. In such cases, users will be notified as early as reasonably possible and any valid balance will be returned.

11 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint regarding any bet, game result, or financial transaction, first notify the hy baji support team within 24 hours. The support team will investigate the matter and try to resolve it as quickly as possible.

If the matter is not resolved through support, it will be escalated for appeal. For all dispute resolutions, hy baji's recorded transactions and server logs will be considered the final reference.
